Subsquid is now on mainnet. This is the result of years of hard work building, optimizing, and testing the Network’s core infrastructure. The primary change involves network decentralization, enabling community participation in operations.
Key Features
The mainnet launch enables three participation models:
- Delegators - Token holders can delegate SQD tokens to worker nodes and earn rewards through curation
- Worker Node Operators - Technical participants retrieve data and answer queries from consumers
- Gateway Runners - Infrastructure providers host gateways for data consumption
Vision & Purpose
Subsquid aims to serve as the go-to data access layer for all of Web3, regardless of virtual machine or ecosystem. The platform addresses increasing data demands across decentralized applications amid ecosystem fragmentation.
Next Steps
